How To Get A Room Comped At Winstar

We usually go to Biloxi for our vacation. My husband has been in and out of the hospital 4 times this year so we are thinking about going to a casino closer to home. We would love to go to Coushatta but it is about an 8 hour drive for us. I am looking at airfare and we may fly in if we can get a cheap enough rate. If we go to Winstar it would be about a 3 hour drive. My question about Winstar is do they have any class III slot machines or are they all class II? We like to play a variety of machines. Our local Indian Casino has both kinds of machines. Also how is the smoke in Winstar? I found out they do not have any non smoking areas. As big as Winstar is you would think they would have an area or areas that are for non smokers. How hard is it to get your food and room comped at Winstar? Look forward to hearing from anyone that has been to Winstar.
We can also go to Choctaw in Durant. I know they have a non smoking area. Is it easy to get room comps and food comps at Choctaw? Does Choctaw have both class III and class II slot machines? Thanks everyone.

So, I've been playing here for years and they have one card, no tiers and no way to track your points or offers online. Apart from the occasional $5 or $10 free play in the mail I hadn't really gotten anything of value. That is until recently, I know my play has been frequent and fairly heavy the past few months and I started receiving these offers for free hotel nights from them. First it was 2 nights the first two weeks of April and 2 the second two weeks. Then it was 2 nights each week in May. Then June and July offers included unlimited free nights, no blackout dates. Only restriction was you couldn't stay more than 4 nights in a row.
I thought ok, let me reserve a room for last Friday night. I've never stayed there and they have 1500+ rooms now so they'll have plenty. The offer in the mail says to call to reserve so I do and she promptly says they're sold out after I mention I had an offer for free nights. I said, in the middle of nowhere you've sold out of all 1500 rooms? 'Oh yes we're sold out til the 1st.'
Hmmm, but when I checked on their website I could certainly book a room at full price or even half off just not a free one.
WTH?? What do they do send out thousands of those offers, block off 50 rooms and say sold out to everyone else? What crap...I wrote into them and got a canned response.
So disappointing but not unexpected.
Anyone had any experience with redeeming offers there?
